A:    ESB Productions and Gregory James have been doing this contest in conjunction with some of the largest icons in the industry since 2001 including Iconic sponsors like: CosmoGIRL! Magazine, Supermodel Niki Taylor, New York / LA Models and MasterCard. The Contest was created to help guide aspiring talent learn the basic interview steps to get into this industry and we feel that by charging an entry fee, the talent has an investment toward achieving their goal, plus they will receive information about the MODEL Prepaid MasterCard card.

To avoid scams the Federal Trade Commission recommends that you research the company and its owners on the Better Business Bureau's website: www.bbb.org.  Please feel free to review ESB Productions BBB Report

Q10:   Who is ESB Productions?
A:    ESB Productions Inc. is an event production company owned by Gregory James Blount (Gregory James). Gregory also owns the contest sponsor Peter Glenn Publications, a 50-year old entertainment publishing company and the publisher of the Model and Talent Directory entrants receive. Greg was a former professional model in the early 90's with ZOLI in New York and several other agencies across the US. Greg has a degree in Media Arts from the University of South Carolina and has worked on the production side on such movies as Days of Thunder with Tom Cruise and Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken with Gabrielle Anwar.

Q11:    Do I have to look like a fashion model and be tall and thin to enter?
A:    No. Fashion is only one type of model. There are many others like: petite, full-size, athletic and commercial models. That means there are all types of girls with different looks, ethnicities, heights and sizes.

Q12:  What if I have braces, a body piercing or tattoos?
A:    It's important for the judges to be able to see your face. Braces, piercings or tattoos are not normally a problem, but please minimize them in your photographs.

Q13:    If I have a modeling agency contract and/or a mother agent contract, may I enter?
A:    Yes, as long as you have not earned more than $25,000 in one year as a model and you must write your mother agencies name on the entry form.

A:    Yes. Residents of Canada are welcome to enter, except for Quebec.

Q15:    Do I have to receive a MODEL Prepaid MasterCard card?
A:    No, but you will be provided the information to review.

Q16:    Is my MODEL Prepaid MasterCard a credit card?
A:    No. Your MODEL card works just like a debit card. The difference is you load in the amount of money you would like to have as available limit to your account. There is an $8.95 activation fee to open an account. For more information, please visit www.mymodeldebitcard.com
