You can find an official entry form online at
www.soyouwanttobeamodel.com. You can register
online by completing the questions area found
on the registration page then pay the registration
fee at the time of registration or pay later before
the final deadline.

There is a non-refundable registration processing
fee of $20.00 (payable in U.S. Funds only) to
enter this contest. You can either pay online
using a credit card or mail a check or money order
in the amount of $20.00 (no cash) made payable
to ESB Productions, Inc., 235 SE 5th Avenue, Suite
R, Delray Beach, FL 33483 USA. Payment MUST include
Models 7-digit registration number on the check
or money order.
With payment of the required registration
processing fee, each contestant may opt to receive
her own personal MODEL Prepaid MasterCard© card,
which is a specially designed teen debit card. Additional
Information and Fees may apply to set up and activate
your MODEL Prepaid MasterCard.

Following the guidelines set forth on the web site concerning dress and
photo style, submit two color photographs of yourself
to the mailing address below. NUDITY IS UNACCEPTABLE.
You must submit atleast one image; however we
prefer two (2) images, which should be a headshot
and one 3/4 to full-length photo. Both photos
must be in color and the images should be at least
3.5”x5"in size, and no larger than 5 ”x7". Please
make sure the pictures are of good quality and
are not blurry. Model should be the only person
in the image and model should be standing against
a solid background. This year, you MUST upload
your images for the Contest.

Limit of one entry per person or email address.
Online entrants must be the authorized account
holder of the e-mail account from which the entry
is made. By entering, contestants agree to be
bound by these Official Rules. All entries become
the sole property of the Producer and Sponsors,
and entries including photos will not be returned.

Before selecting the Finalists, the Producers
reserve the right to request additional photographs
and/or a video taped interview of a contestant
prior to the announcement of the winner to be
used to narrow the selection. Judges will base
their decisions to break any ties on the additional
photographs and/or video taped performance provided
by the contestant. The judging will be conducted
by a representative of the agency, New York Models
and LA Models.
CONTEST IS OPEN TO female residents
of the U.S. and Canada, ages 13 (as of 3/1/2008)
to age 24 (as of 11/15/2007). Contestants who
have performed modeling services for other agencies
are eligible to enter; however, contestants who
have earned more than $25,000 in modeling fees
in any one-year are considered ineligible to enter,
win or receive a prize. There are no height or
size restrictions to enter. Employees of ESB Productions,
Inc. ("Producer"), its affiliates, subsidiaries,
dealers, distributors, retailers, participating
Sponsors, New York Models, LA Models, Catwalk
Distribution, Peter Glenn Publications, PGinteractive.com
(collectively "Sponsors"), their electronic media
firms, advertising and production agencies, and
their immediate families and those living in the
same household are not eligible. All federal,
state, provincial and local laws and regulations
apply. Void outside of the United States and Canada
and where prohibited by law.
PRIZES and approximate
retail values ("ARV"): GRAND PRIZE: Minimally
One GRAND PRIZE winner will receive a trip to
New York City, consisting of round-trip coach
air transportation from airport nearest winner's
home, housing in the New York Models model's apartment
and a photo shoot with a photographer chosen by
the agency. The GRAND PRIZE winner(s) will also
interview for a possible contract with the agency,
New York Models and a personal management contract
with Aspiring Talent Management, a divsion of
ESB Productions, Inc. Parents and Guardians will
be invited to New York; however accommodations
and air travel will only be paid for the Grand
Prize Winner. ($10,000.00 ARV)
11 Second Place
Prizes to the 2nd place through 12th place Runner-
Ups: a one-year online portfolio posting at www.PGinteractive.com
($200.00 ARV); ARV of all prizes: $12,640.00 (USD).
If GRAND PRIZE winner is a minor, a parent or
legal guardian must accompany the winner and his
or her own expense. Travel is subject to space
and departure availability, and winners must travel
on dates specified by Producer. Any expenses not
mentioned above are the winner's responsibility.
WINNER
will be determined on MARCH 1st, 2008 by a panel
of judges comprised of industry professionals,
under the supervision of the Producer whose decisions
are final. Contestants will be judged on the information
provided on their entry form, including personal
statistics including height, weight and measurements
(30%), clarity of photographs (35%), and content
of photographs, including the quality of the shot,
image selection and model potential (35%). There
are no height or size restrictions to enter. The
Winner will be notified by phone and mail and
required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility
and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be
returned within 14 days of the date on the notification
letter. If winner is a minor, parent or legal
guardian will be required to execute Affidavit.
Any prize notification letter returned or undeliverable
or failure to timely return Affidavit of Eligibility
and Liability/ Publicity Release will result in
prize forfeiture and award to a runner-up. No
substitution for prizes except as may be necessary
due to unavailability, in which case a prize of
equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes
are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes
are the winner's responsibility. Entry constitutes
permission (except where prohibited) for Producer
and Sponsors to use winner's name, images and
likeness for publicity purposes worldwide without
additional compensation and without prior notice
for one year following completion of judging.
Producer, Sponsors and their affiliated companies,
officers, directors, employees, representatives
and agents (collectively "Companies and Representatives")
are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected,
damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail. Participants
in this contest hereby waive and release, and
agree to hold harmless Companies and Representatives,
from and against, any and all rights, claims and
causes of action whatsoever that they may have,
or which may arise, against any of them for any
liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever,
including but not limited to any injury, loss,
damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental
or consequential, to person, including death and
property, arising in whole or in part, directly
or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession,
use or misuse of a prize in the contest, or their
participation in this contest or any contest or
prize related activity, or any travel related
to the contest or prize related activity. Companies
and Representatives are not responsible for lost,
late, misdirected or damaged entries or internet
technical, hardware, software, telephone or transmission
failures of any kind which may limit a person's
ability to enter the contest. Companies and Representatives
are not responsible for any injury or damage to
entrant's or any other person's computer related
to or resulting from entering or downloading any
materials in the sweepstakes. Producer and Sponsors
reserve the right to cancel or suspend advertising
the contest on the internet should a computer
virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause
corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the
promotion. Producer and Sponsors reserve the right
to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting
the operation of the contest or web site.
